Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is what matters to us the most! If you don't absolutely love our products, even if it is opened, we will happily provide you with a full refund less the original shipping charge within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked, no explanation required. Why? Because we firmly believe in providing you the highest quality customer service. And, because Granny says so!​

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@larilu.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Policy

Larilu offers free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $35 and ships products.

***Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, such as many rerouted and canceled flights, as well as government mandates to work from home or implement a skeletal work force, we are experiencing extended order processing and delivery delays beyond our normal delivery promise. This may, in effect, prevent some order shipments from arriving in a timely manner. We are doing our best to maintain the original lead times. But should your order exceed the 120 days from date of order, we will contact you regarding its next estimated date of arrival. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.  Please stay safe and healthy.

Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Receiving the shipment may vary depending on your location. Shipping rates will depend on the shipping speed selected, and size/weight of the items.

Pre-Orders

As a small family owned company, we value and deeply appreciate your business!
Pre-Orders: A pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our warehouse. Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via pre-order before they physically arrive in stock. To minimize extra stock and make sure you are guaranteed our products before they run out of stock, we do weeklong pre-orders before placing order with manufacturer and/or supplier.

Payment: You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order. All pre-orders will be charged in full immediately at the time of purchase - not shipment - and locks you in giving you top priority over everyone else.

 

Shipping: We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the pre-order items. Pre-orders will be shipped according to the shipping method you have chosen at the time of placing the pre-order.

Estimated Date Of Delivery: Under the "Pre-Order" button on some of our items, you will see an Estimated Date of Delivery. We guarantee shipment within 120 days from date the pre-order period ends. This means you may actually receive your purchase before the 120 days are over. Larilu, LLC guarantees that all pre-orders will be shipped within 120 Days from date of order. So even though we don't always have the full details on availability, we promise that within 120 days, you'll receive your purchase. Our goal is to always get you what you ordered as quickly as possible. However, please note that production delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed, mainly due to ingredients sourcing, shipment or simple human limitations. If your order is going to be extra-late for any reason, we’ll do our best to let you know. Thank you for your support!

Cancelling order prior to the 120 days: Once an order is made, we reserve the stock specially for you, or we place an order with the manufacturer. We will charge you a cancellation fee of 28%. If you paid by credit card, there will be an additional fee of 3% for transactional charges.

Ordering multiple items, combine in stock and pre-order items: We advise that you place orders for in stock and pre-order items separately, so that the in-stock items you've purchased can reach you faster. However, if you don't mind the wait, we will reserve all the stock for you and ship them all together when your pre-ordered items are ready. If you place an order for multiple pre-order items, we will ship the order when all your items are ready.

Note: Larilu, LLC is not held liable for any delays that may occur, but we promise we will do everything we can to get your item to you as fast as possible and update you when your items are available for shipping. Please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays. By placing a pre-order with Larilu, LLC, you are agreeing to all of terms and conditions stated in the above policies and anywhere else on the website.

Happy Rewards Program

The Program is a way for Larilu, LLC to reward and surprise our loyal customers. Members of Happy Rewards can earn Program points (“Points”) on eligible purchases that can be redeemed for Larilu products. By participating, you may also be rewarded with exclusive offers, special events, sneak peeks on new products, special birthday gifts, and other surprises.

Earning Happy Rewards

It is easy to earn Happy Rewards! For every qualifying Larilu purchase, you will earn points towards your Larilu Happy Rewards. All qualifying points earned will be reflected in your account within 24 hours of your purchase. Subject to the exclusions below, points are earned on all qualifying purchases and is based on your pre-tax transaction total (“Qualifying Spend”). Larilu Happy points cannot be earned on promotional redemptions, offers or discounts, delivery fees or taxes. Points cannot be earned when purchasing a digital gift card but can be earned when paying with a digital gift card. To ensure your purchase is attributed to your Happy Rewards, please make sure you are logged in to your Happy Rewards account. Your points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with points of other Members.

 

Redeeming Happy Rewards

It is easy to redeem your Larilu Rewards! Once your Happy Rewards account reflects the quantity of points listed below, dollar reward will automatically be available for use. Unless otherwise specified, your Happy reward will expire sixty (60) days after the date of issue.

As a member of Larilu Happy Rewards you may receive surprise rewards and benefits including:

• Happy Birthday points: If you elect to provide us with your birthday and have achieved, as defined below, we will celebrate your special day with a 100 points that equals to $10 Birthday Credit. You will receive your points/$10 Birthday Credit on your provided birthday.

From time to time, Larilu may elect in its sole discretion to change the benefits associated with any Rewards Status, or to confer additional Rewards Status or benefits upon Happy Rewards members. When Happy Rewards are issued, additional terms, conditions, and restrictions may apply. Redemption Order of Priority

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to determine the order in which Larilu Credit and Rewards Status benefit credits are applied to transactions and their priority to promotional codes, gift cards, or other payment credits that are associated with your Larilu Happy Rewards account.

By enrolling in Happy Rewards, you authorize Larilu, LLC, its affiliates, and partners to communicate marketing and company information to you. Also, please see the Section “Happy Rewards Privacy Policy” below. Happy Rewards is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Your Happy Rewards account, username, password, and information are for your personal use only. While there are no fees charged by Larilu, LLC to participate in the Program, there may be data usage or other like fees owed to your mobile carrier or internet provider resulting from such use, for which you are solely responsible. If you participate in the Program, you agree to release Larilu, LLC, affiliated entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and Suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and related costs) relating to any issues arising in connection with the Program, use of Happy Rewards, or your consent to these Terms and Conditions. Our Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Larilu, LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, with respect to the Program (including those related to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement and those arising out of any course of dealing, usage, or trade). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Larilu, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages or losses (including for the indirect loss of profit, revenue or data) arising out of or in connection with the Program, however caused, and under whatever cause of action or theory of liability brought (including under any contract, negligence, or other tort theory of liability) even if advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event there are any issues, these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to any conflict of laws principles. By participating in the Program, you agree that you will resolve any disputes with Larilu, LLC through binding and final arbitration (instead of through court proceedings) as further set forth below. AS PART OF YOUR EXPRESSED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM MUST BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND MAY NOT BE ARBITRATED OR OTHERWISE PURSUED AS A CLASS ACTION.

In the event of any dispute concerning the Program or its applicable Terms and Conditions (including issues relating to the effectiveness of this arbitration provision), the parties unconditionally and irrevocably agree that the dispute will be resolved by arbitration (and accordingly they hereby consent to personal jurisdiction over them) exclusively in the vicinity of Austin district court, by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be heard and determined by a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision in any such arbitration will be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party will be entitled to recover its attorneys' fees and arbitration costs from the other party. Larilu, LLC is not responsible for communication problems of any kind, including issues due to changes in your contact information (so please make sure your contact information is up to date). Under no circumstances will Larilu, LLC be liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other actions, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then such provisions will be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of Larilu, LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not prevent Larilu, LLC from enforcing such right or provision in the future. Larilu, LLC may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or equity, or by operation of law.
